Our Purpose Statement
The Purpose of the Foundation
The Chilliwack Alliance Church Foundation is a separate registered charitable organization whose unremunerated Board of Directors are members of CAC.
Our Purpose of the Foundation is to provide an opportunity for members of CAC and others to make a donation that would serve ministries, missions and projects both locally and around the world. The Foundation has a restriction that none of its funds may be used for the operating costs of Chilliwack Alliance Church.
Please note that all gifts to the Foundation will be held in perpetuity. 10% of the annual income generated by the invested capital will be retained to grow the fund and to offset the impact of inflation. Annual operating costs such as accounting, legal and administrative services will be kept to a minimum and the majority of the earned income will be used to support the approved ministries, missions and projects designed to further the Kingdom of God on earth.
