As our CAC Vision Director and Outreach Pastor, Wayne has been very active in our church for 30 years. He is married to Hilarie they have 7 children and 14 grandchildren. Wayne is also a successful Realtor for over 40 years. He served many years on non-profit society boards and on the Mayor’s Social Issues Committee.

Bob and Bev have 4 wonderful children and 14 amazing grandchildren. They have attended CAC for many years. Bob recently retired from chicken farming and from serving many years on the Church Elders Board.

Leon is the Pastor of Encounter Ministries at CAC and is happily married to Carol for over 40 years. They have 3 beautiful married adult children and 9 wonderful grandchildren. Their son Chris is the Lead Pastor at Kamloops.

Kelly has been part of Chilliwack Alliance Church since 1994, when he and his wife Becky were married. Together they are parents to two children: a married daughter, who has two children of her own, and a son who recently graduated from high school.

Kelly is looking forward to serving on the CAC Foundation Board and to supporting the work of the foundation with commitment, care, and a heart for the church community.

Sabine has been part of our church community for several years and has been leading the women’s Tuesday Bible evening study since 2023. She has been married to Toni for fifteen years, and together they have one son, James. Her academic path includes studies in law and business psychology, as well as doctoral studies in economics and management. Over more than twenty-five years in trade and industry, Sabine has served in senior leadership roles, including Director of the Legal Department and Managing Director. Alongside her professional work, she has spent many years teaching law, economics, and psychology at colleges and universities, sharing knowledge with clarity and care. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sabine is actively involved in various cultural and social non-profit organisations in Chilliwack. She offers her time and experience in a spirit of service, seeking to support others with wisdom, humility, and faithfulness.

Mark and Angela have been married for 40 years and have three married children and seven grandchildren. Mark has 38 years of business leadership. He served as CEO of a multinational franchise company, growing the company from his dining room table to a company with 650 franchises and annual sales revenue of $90M. His main skills are in sales, marketing, and people/team development. Recently, Mark has served several companies on a part-time basis as a business leadership coach. Mark has been a valued member of Chilliwack Alliance since 2001 serving as Chair of Board of Elders, interim Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and many ministry volunteer positions.

Andrew recently retired after 30-plus years of international sales in the truck manufacturing industry. He is married to Carol who is an Assistant Pastor at the Chilliwack Alliance Church. They are blessed with three sons. Andrew has an Engineering and MBA background. He has served on the Church Elders Board in the past.
